If you wish to submit your candidate offer, please fill in the form above — you must provide the data marked as “required”. Providing your data is voluntary, but if you fail to do this, you will not be able to send us your candidate offer using the form.
The controller of your personal data (hereinafter “the Data”) contained in your candidate offer and of other data collected during the recruitment process is Centrum Wspierania Biznesu „Partner” Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Brzeg Dolny, address: ul. Sienkiewicza 4 (56-120) (hereinafter: “the Controller”). We process your Data for the purposes of the present recruitment process and, if you have agreed, also of future recruitment processes in the case of similar jobs.
The basis for the processing of your Data is the fact of taking action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the agreement; applicable law, in particular the Polish Labour Code and implementing acts; and, to the extent broader than specified in these regulations or for the purposes of future recruitment processes, your consent.
We will also process your Data for the purposes related to any potential disputes between you and the Controller (in such a case, the legal basis for their processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest).
At the same time, we may create a summary of information about you based on the received Data, which will become your professional profile (in this case, the legal basis for Data processing for this purpose is also our legitimate interest, which consists in finding and matching recruitments that may suit your preferences). Of course, you may object to such our actions.
As the Controller manages, and also supervises, and often also identifies recruitment needs within PCC Group, for your candidate offer to be used in the most efficient manner, please give your consent to share your Data, including the summary of information created by the Controller about you to selected companies from PCC Group, which will increase your chances of employment (we do not allow all companies from PCC Group to have access to your Data, but only those whose recruitment processes match your candidate offer). Due to the high flexibility and fast changes in PCC Group's HR policy, including the entities that would ultimately be your employer, in practice, the failure to grant such consent will make it impossible for you to participate in recruitment processes in PCC Group.
The companies that will receive your Data will be able to process them only to the extent and for the purposes subject to the consents you have expressed above for the Controller. This means that, if you fail to give your consent to future recruitments, also the companies to which, with your consent, we will share the Data, will not be able to process them for this purpose.
Your consents (or some of them) may be withdrawn at any time; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of our processing before they are withdrawn (however, due to the issues discusses above, the withdrawal of your consent to share your Data with companies from PCC Group will in practice mean your withdrawal from the recruitment process).
The Data are retained by the Controller for the purposes set out above for the duration of the recruitment process or, depending on your additional voluntary consent, of future recruitment processes or until the consent is withdrawn; however, in any case they will be deleted two years after their provision, unless, under legal regulations, we are obliged to process the data for a longer period or we will retain them for a longer period in case of potential claims for the period of their limitation prescribed by law, in particular by the Polish Labour Code or the Polish Civil Code (in each case, the longer processing period will apply).
You have the right: to access your Data, including the right to obtain a copy of such Data, request their rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing; to transfer them to another controller (unless the basis for their processing is the controller’s legitimate interest); and to lodge a complaint to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Your Data may be transferred to entities that help us, in technical or organisational terms, to recruit employees, including the communication with candidates, provide support and ensure operation of our ICT tools and systems (e.g. data retention), and provide ongoing legal services, also, within the above activities, to companies from PCC Group.
If you have any questions regarding your Data, please contact our our Data Protection Officer at iod.cwbpartner@pcc.eu.
